Caller is a funds solicitor. Calls and asks "Is Tony there" and when you say no, he immediately starts into his "well, maybe you can help me" spill and goes into auto-read mode. He speaks with a deep voice and is very rude and inconsiderate. He will call from dozens of different numbers, this is just one of them. It appears to be a fundraiser for fraternal police or something of the like. Has been calling my number for two years on different lines.
