Yes. Nevada has no comprehensive consumer privacy law. The state does have a narrow internet-specific opt-out law (NRS § 603A, amended by SB 220/SB 260) allowing residents to opt out of data sales via websites - but it does not provide access, correction, or deletion rights and has limited practical effect on phone lookup services.
